Each promotion will run for one (1) day, as set out in the offer timetable below. Each promotion is valid on selected items only. No promotional codes will be required to redeem each offer. The 12 Days of Christmas offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers, including Season Ticket Holder discounts or offers. Each promotion is subject to availability and while stocks last. The 12 Days of Christmas promotions are available on the West Ham United Football Club Store website, via the official WHUFC App and in official UK Stores. Customers must be aged 18 or over. West Ham United Football Club reserves the right to change or discontinue each promotion at any time without notice. These promotions have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.

Customers are reminded that, for purchases made via the WHUFC website or the official WHUFC app, express delivery and click&collect will not be available for purchases made during the promotional period. Customers are reminded that, due to high demand at this time, there may be delays in dispatch and delivery of orders. WHUFC will make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders promptly however, please be aware that delivery dates are not guaranteed. This notice does not affect customers’ statutory rights.
