Click & Collect

If you’d like to collect your order in person, we offer a FREE Click & Collect service at all of our stores.

Orders will be ready within 1-2 working days of placing, and you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive before you have received your confirmation e-mail.

To collect your order, please come to the Click & Collect Collection Point in the store you’ve selected with your order confirmation email and photographic proof of identity (passport or driving license). Don't forget to check your store's opening hours.

Please note that during match days, the Stadium Store will be much busier, and therefore, collections may take longer. Please arrive with plenty of time to collect your order as well as time to browse the store.

Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your confirmation email. After this date, your item(s) will be returned to our warehouse, and we will refund your purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for your uncollected parcel to be refunded and credited to your account.
