Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders are charged at £2.99

Orders will be ready within 2-5 working days of placing, and you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

To collect your order, please come to the Click + Collect Collection Point in the store with your order confirmation email and photographic proof of identity (passport or driving license).

Stadium Store

Please note on 3pm KO Saturday match days you will only be able to collect your Click and Collect order prior to 1pm. Evening games with a 19:45 kick off you will only be able collect orders prior to 3pm. Other match days and events are subject to change.

Lakeside, Basildon, Romford & Stadium Store

Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your confirmation email. After this date, your item(s) will be returned to our warehouse, and we will refund your purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for your uncollected parcel to be refunded and credited to your account.

The normal returns process applies.
