What should I do if my delivery has not arrived?

For UK orders, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

For international orders, please allow up to 14 working days.

You can track your order 48 hours after dispatch.

If your order hasn’t arrived after these timeframes, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for missing orders reported after this period.

To report a missing delivery, email onlinestore@westhamunited.co.uk with the following details:

• Full name
• Delivery address
• Order number

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as kit launches, Black Friday and Christmas. Updates will be provided during these periods.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No, we do not ship to PO Box addresses as all parcels must be signed for.

Why did I receive a refund after placing my order?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will issue a refund via your original payment method. While we work hard to keep our stock levels accurate, occasional discrepancies may occur. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

When will my express order be despatched?

All express orders placed before 12pm will be despatched from our warehouse on the same day. If an order is placed after 12pm on Friday, it will be despatched on the next working day.

Do you deliver liquids overseas?

Unfortunately, we do not ship liquid products outside of the UK. Orders containing liquids can only be delivered within the United Kingdom.

How much are US Customs?

From 5 April 2025, there will be a customs charge for all goods imported into the USA from the UK.

This charge will not appear at checkout. Customers will be contacted separately by US Customs regarding payment.

How much are Australian Taxes?

Australia's Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a 10% tax on the sale of most goods and services.

From 1 July 2018, GST applies to sales of low-value goods imported into Australia. A 10% GST charge will be applied to your order at checkout.

Please note that Australian orders, and all orders shipped outside the UK, are not subject to 20% UK VAT. GST applies only to orders shipped to addresses in Australia.

France: New temporary small parcel tax effective 1 March 2026

Effective 01/03/2026, the French government will implement a temporary €2 tax per item on low-value goods (up to €150) imported from non-EU countries.

This measure will remain in effect until the EU-wide handling fee enters into force, currently anticipated for November 2026.

The tax applies to goods imported into mainland France, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Réunion and Monaco.

This is a new import-specific tax on low-value items and is not VAT, customs duty or a carrier fee.

Are customs or taxes applicable for other countries?

Yes. Most countries require payment of customs duties, import taxes or additional charges.

The amount payable depends on the size, value and weight of your parcel.
