FAQs 

• What should I do if my delivery has not arrived?

  • For UK orders, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
  • For international orders, please allow up to 14 working days.
  • You can track your order 48 hours after despatch.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived after these timeframes, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for missing orders reported after this period.
  • To report a missing delivery, email us at onlinestore@westhamunited.co.uk with the following details:
    • Full name
    • Delivery address
    • Order number
  • Note: Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as kit launches, Black Friday, and Christmas. We’ll share updates during these times.

• Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

• No, we do not ship to PO Box addresses as all parcels must be signed for. 

• Why did I receive a refund after placing my order?

  • If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will issue a refund via your original payment method. While we work hard to keep our stock levels accurate, occasional discrepancies may occur. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

• When will my express order be despatched

All express orders placed before 2pm will be despatched from our warehouse on the same day. If an order is placed after 2pm on Friday, it will be despatched on the next working day.

• Do you deliver liquids overseas?

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship liquid products outside of the UK. Orders containing liquids can only be delivered within the United Kingdom.

• How much are US Customs?

  • From the 5th April 2025, there will be a 10% customs charge for all goods that are imported into the USA from the UK.
  • This will not show on the checkout, and instead, you will be contacted separately by US Customs to pay for these goods.

• How much are Australian Taxes?

  • Australia's Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a 10% tax on the sale of most goods and services.
  • From 1 July 2018, GST will apply to sales of low-value goods imported into Australia. This means that a 10% charge will be applied to your order at checkout. Please note that Australian orders and orders outside the UK are not subject to 20% VAT taxation. GST applies only to orders shipped to addresses in Australia. 

Are Customs/Taxes due for other countries?

• Yes - all countries will need to pay some sort of customs or extra tax.
• The amount is determined by the size and weight of your parcel.
